Doors open at 1pm, and we strongly encourage everyone to arrive on time. THE SEND is more than an event – it’s a movement – and the day is designed to take you on a journey! However, if you need to leave early, you are free to do so.
Yes, but all bags will be searched upon arrival. To make entry easier, please only bring essential bags to the Arena. We can not store bags or belongings brought to the Arena. Laptops and other large electronic devices are not permitted into the venue, please see our Prohibited Items list for a more extensive list.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, you can bring an empty (non-glass) water bottle to refill at water stations inside the arena.
Yes! Children are welcome, but there is no childcare at the event, so they must stay with you throughout the day.
Sorry, portable chairs are not allowed inside the arena.
Yes! Braehead Arena offers free parking for up to 12 hours. We recommend parking in the blue car park.
THE SEND is a movement focused on mobilising Gen Z into their missional calling, but we want all generations to be part of what God is doing in Scotland and across the UK. Whether you're a student, young adult, parent, or pastor – you’re invited!
Food and drinks will be available for purchase inside the arena and at the Braehead food court. If you leave to get food, you can re-enter, but all food must be consumed outside the arena.
Braehead Arena is well connected by public transport. We recommend checking local bus timetables in advance to plan your journey, especially your return journey.
